GAPOA Assessments

As of May 15, 2024, a late fee of $35 has been assessed to all past due accounts.  If you wish to pay your assessments on-line, the amount due is $218.00 plus $35.00 late fee plus $6.50 in processing fees for a total of $259.50.  If you own multiple lots a separate payment has to be made for each lot.
