Please pay by 15th March each year. A notice for payment will be sent out early in the new year to remind you. Check out the PAYMENTS page.

Please contact the Board's Treasurer. A payment plan can be arranged.

Sometimes a glitch may occur with the system, or your assessment dues are in arrears. Contact Board Treasurer or Safety Chair.

Unless you know the owner and can contact them, you may choose to post on social media, or contact Animal Control T. 434-985-5210  Please let the board know of the incident as well.

GAPOA adheres to the Greene County noise ordinance of  6 am to 10 pm. There after, contact the Greene County Sheriffs office T. 434.985.2222

Also, notify the GAPOA board so we can follow up on constant violators.

Have fun at the lake with your dog.... County leash laws DO apply. Your dog must not swim  from the sanded area and other beach users. Rinse your dog with fresh water after swimming in the lake. Check out our Lake Water Quality page for more information on this.
